Vassani Stay Loft #1 is a 2 level private loft with kitchen, in a 7 rooms/lofts/studio guesthouse, with shared garden and shared pool. Your unit is on 2 levels (28m2 + 20m2 mezzanine, total of 48 m2). It's a Loft Apartment concept right in the center of the village.
On the main floor of your loft you will find a kitchen, a living room area, a bathroom and lots of storage space. On the second floor a king size bed and a big desk/workspace.
This loft is equipped with AC, wall fan, good internet wifi (fiber optics) connection, TV with cable (50+ channels), DVD, safety box, full size fridge, hot water in the kitchen tab, all kitchen basic tools, pots and dishes, beach towels, fine quality sheets, chairs on a private balcony facing the street.
The access to the loft's private balcony (6 m2) consists of 3 double glass door panels, 2 of them can be pushed back, in order to open the room to the exterior. It adds a really nice asset to the room.
